2. Product Prices: 2.1 Prices of any products listed on the Japan Mint's online shop exclude consumption tax applicable in Japan, and delivery and insurance costs. Delivery and insurance costs will be added to the total amount due as fixed in the completion of your order processing.

2.2 Delivery and insurance costs to be usually applied to your order shall be quoted on the Japan Post's website (Please note that this is the externalwebsite:
http://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/service/i_parcel_en.html).
If a courier service other than International Parcel Post service provided by the Japan Post Co., Ltd., is applied to your order, please ask our Overseas Sales Group about the delivery and insurance costs in each case at overseas@mint.go.jp.

2.3 Prices of any products listed on the Japan Mint's online shop are subject to change at any time without notice. Provided however that, these changes will not be applied to your order confirmed by us, except in cases of changes of prices with obvious errors like typographical errors and so on.

2.4 Customs and import duties and other fees for your order may be occurred in a country or area you live. And such charges are your responsibility.

3. Confirmation of Order: 3.1 Your order shall not be deemed to be fixed until the Japan Mint's online shop shows you that your order processing is completed.

3.2 After your order processing is completed, our notice confirming your order will be sent to you at your registered email address. This notice will be deemed to be received and acknowledged by you after an email is sent.

4. Payment of Order: 4.1 We can accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners, American Express, Discover for your payment. Please note that only single payment for your each order is accepted.

4.2 The total amount due will be charged at your credit card account within the month of delivery of your order.

5. Availability and Delivery: 5.1 We may cease to dispatch products you ordered due to availability.

5.2 We may need at least 2-4 weeks for delivery after our confirming your payment. However, depending on products availability or other exceptional circumstances, it may take more than two months because of products availability and other exceptional circumstances, which please understand.

6. Returns and Exchanges: 6.1 We don't accept any cancellations or returns after credit card settlement of your payment. If you receive defective products or products that differ from your order, please contact us at overseas@mint.go.jp for returns and exchanges.

6.2 While products you received in your possession, you are expected to provide reasonable care for them.

7. Refunds Policy: 7.1 We will refund the full price you paid in the following cases. Please note that we will not accept your request of refund in any cases other than these.

In case that your order is lost during the delivery from us to your registered place, and in case that we duly receive a confirmation of such loss from the Japan Post or other carrier delivering your order;

7.2 We will refund your payment by using our preferable method.

7.3 If you have any inquiries regarding our refund, please contact us at overseas@mint.go.jp.

9. Currency: The transaction currency in the Japan Mint's online shop is Japanese Yen. Your payment by credit card may cause you to pay fees for conversion, etc., applied by your credit card company. And such fees should be borne by you.
